Pumpkin Flour Tortillas / Wraps

Ingredients (8 tortillas)

  • 1 cup pumpkin flour

  • 1 cup wheat flour (or cassava flour for gluten-free)

  • ½ tsp salt

  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

  • ¾–1 cup warm water

Procedure

  1. Mix pumpkin flour, flour, and salt in a bowl.

  2. Add oil and gradually add warm water until a soft dough forms.

  3. Knead 3–4 minutes until smooth.

  4. Divide into 8 balls; flatten with a roller.

  5. Cook each tortilla on a hot pan 40–60 seconds per side.

  6. Keep warm inside a towel to maintain softness.
