Ingredients (8 tortillas)

1 cup pumpkin flour

1 cup wheat flour (or cassava flour for gluten-free)

½ tsp salt

2 tbsp vegetable oil

¾–1 cup warm water
Procedure

Mix pumpkin flour, flour, and salt in a bowl.

Add oil and gradually add warm water until a soft dough forms.

Knead 3–4 minutes until smooth.

Divide into 8 balls; flatten with a roller.

Cook each tortilla on a hot pan 40–60 seconds per side.

Keep warm inside a towel to maintain softness.
