Our certified organic pumpkin flour is made from a single ingredient:  Premium heirloom pumpkins, dried and finely milled. Unlike other food processors,  we take pride in growing our own pumpkins and upcycling them to create a naturally  vibrant orange color flour that is nutrient-dense, gluten-free and tastes amazing. Our prized pumpkins, which may be overlooked for being oversized or imperfectly  shaped, are transformed into a superfood bursting with health benefits. We believe food should be judged by what it offers inside.
